Please remember when buying vintage purses there are normally minor imperfections unless these are very noticable or detract from the style or attractiveness of the item they are not normally mentioned.
LOOKING FOR PERFECTION - VINTAGE IS NOT FOR YOU!
(Mint Condition) MINT - As close to "new" as possible for its age. No problems.
(Excellent Condition) Normal wear expected for age. Any problems are not easily visible.
(Gently Used) Normal wear expected for age. Shows very minimal wear
(Used) A purse that was used everyday. Not abused.... but used, shows more noticeable wear.

"ROGER VAN S" handbags were designed by Roger Van Schoycq and wife Doris, a former model. The couple created some incredible satchels and unique handbags in the 60's and 70's. Their pigskin handbags came in different shapes. One of the most popular was the satchel with its amazing metal adornments. This lovely pigskin handbag is a deep dark black color with an intricate brass plate adornment. The gold metal chain is wristlet length. Mille Fiori Handbags in the 80's, a small artisan studio in New York now closed, produced a limited number of exquisite bags that were sold exclusively in upscale boutiques and galleries. The number of bags made was not large and many were created for individual clients. Prices ranged from over $200.00 to $1,000.00 depending the art, style and material. Most of the handbags were decorated with "Mille Fiori" beads, hence the name. This is a fabulous white leather shoulder purse covered with a beaded southwest pattern. Lovely silver metal Conchos in round and heart shapes dot the front and back. Trimmed with genuine snakeskin. The interior is lined with soft tan suede with an open pocket made of tan leather. A rare find is this elegant leather purse from the late 30's early 40's that’s in such pristine condition. Black pebbled leather with a heart shape contour along the top of the purse. This vintage Legacy Coach Rambler shoulder purse handbag that has class, and the overall good looks that Coach is renowned for. Made of genuine thick black cowhide leather. The wide shoulder strap is adjustable. The interior is the buckskin side of the leather with an open sidewall pocket. The interior is stamped with serial "no KOC-9061 and also states that the bag was made in the USA. History: Bags from the late 1960's did not have any serial number. Coach added serial numbers to the creed in the 1970's - each bag had a unique number - a "serial number" in the true sense of the word. This was apparently true through the 1980's, and it was not until the 1990's that Coach introduced the modern "registration format" of letters and numbers, with the last four digits indicating the style number of the bag - or, in the late 2000's, the last five digits.
