Please remember when buying vintage purses there are normally minor imperfections unless these are very noticable or detract from the style or attractiveness of the item they are not normally mentioned.
LOOKING FOR PERFECTION - VINTAGE IS NOT FOR YOU!
(Mint Condition) MINT - As close to "new" as possible for its age. No problems.
(Excellent Condition) Normal wear expected for age. Any problems are not easily visible.
(Gently Used) Normal wear expected for age. Shows very minimal wear
(Used) A purse that was used everyday. Not abused.... but used, shows more noticeable wear.

This handbag is beautifully designed and solidly made with engrave detailing on the solid brass frame. The handbag also features a large crown shaped solid brass latch that the Evans brand. Sadly this fabulous designer “Anne Turk” passed away in 1996 of cancer at the age of 61. During her rein as a purse designer in the 80’s Ann and her son Glenn Miller produced some unique high end purses. Elizabeth Taylor, Ivana Trump and Naomi Campbell were her some of her well known clients. The price range of her handbags were around $500.00 and up. Many of her handbags were fashioned after the 1900's “Art Nouveau” period. Leather handbags with elaborate silver metal and gold metal embellishments. Also some were unique novelty purses. Not only did she sell handbags from her show rooms but Bloomingdale's, Saks Fifth Avenue, and other high end selected stores carried her extraordinary handbags as well.
