Please remember when buying vintage purses there are normally minor imperfections unless these are very noticable or detract from the style or attractiveness of the item they are not normally mentioned.

(Mint Condition) MINT - As close to "new" as possible for its age. No problems.
(Excellent Condition) Normal wear expected for age. Any problems are not easily visible.
(Gently Used) Normal wear expected for age. Shows very minimal wear
(Used) A purse that was used everyday. Not abused.... but used, shows more noticeable wear.

Lovely Karung snakeskin clutch that has total appeal from the 50's. Gorgeous supple skins on front and back. The warm brown skins have a touch of green, which sets off the moss green piping trim. The covered Karung skin frame as a lovely scallop design. The front and back are embellished with sparkling rhinestone gold metal buttons. The arching latch is solid brass. A RARE very UNIQUE 40's soft black genuine leather box purse by "Koret". The lid is cutout around the wristlet handle in the front and when opened folds out wide. The double push button latch is solid brass. The interior is lined with black genuine leather with a large open sidewall pocket. The 50's and 60's these fine crafted leather gold gilded trimmed handbags were created in Florence and Venice Italy especially for tourists. This dark deep blue Italian leather purse with gold gilded trim has been tucked away and never used. The leather handle is wristlet length. The sides are accordion pleated. The interior is lined in red leather with two middle zipper pockets, a zippered sidewall pocket and two small open pockets. You could not find a more popular in demand exotic skinned bags and accessories in the 80's than "Eel-Skin", beautiful and very durable. Jimmy Choo brought this exotcic skin back last year and the prices of these new eel skin bags are very expensive. This roomy attache' is covered in perfect deep black whole skin eel-skin and must have cost a large some of money. Could have been a gift to a person that had everything and this person tucked it away and never used it. The attaché could almost accommodate all your desk items. So roomy with pockets and file folders galore. Lined in perfect black suede with pockets of eel-skin. The lid locks up when in use. The original card that gives you instructions to set the locks code is still tucked within one of the pockets. Not only did "Lisa Handbags" of the 50's and 60's create quality stunning exotic skin, suede and leather handbags but the company also had a very particular way of labeling their handbags. The label was on a mirror that came with the handbag and if the mirror was not kept with the handbag there was no way of telling if the handbag was a Lisa design. "Mary Ann Rosenfeld" created quality handbags in the 80's and was featured in top end stores. Mary Ann grew up in Los Angeles, graduated from Syracuse University in New York and worked in an art gallery and two women's apparel firms before co-founding a company called Baggs in 1975. A year later, she struck out on her own, and her bags were sold in Nordstrom, Bullock's, Robinson's, Lord & Taylor, Saks Fifth Avenue and Marshall Field. Rosenfeld's. I am not sure why these lovely bags are not sold in our current time but these vintage bags are now highly sought after. They were known for using alligator, calf, Spanish antelope, ostrich, and antique Italian leather. Thick rich vintage 70's black-pebbled leather "Noah" shoulder purse by "Mark Cross". This is the leather drawstring bag inspired by the feedbags used by the grooms at Longchamp racetrack. Robert Benchley, who had one of the first models, called it a 'Noah" bag because you could put everything in it you would need on the ark, and the name stuck. Mark Cross was a luxury leather goods purveyor, based in New York, date founded in 1845 in New York. The clean lines and classic simplicity distinguished the original Mark Cross bags. Grace Kelly carried several of Mark Cross designs. This Noah has an adjustable shoulder strap and the interior is lined in black glove soft genuine leather with a zippered sidewall pocket.
