This is a fantastic very petite LaRegale "Flower Basket". Not vintage but dead stock from several past seasons. A tote shape with the top tying together with a black velvet ribbon. The interior is lined with black satin with a tiny open sidewall pocket. There is a tuck away black shoulder length cord. A tiny purse with HUGE stage presence!

Dramatic rare "WALBORG" gold glass bead evening purse from the 60's. Strands of beads swing and sway gracefully and fully cover a gold lame body. DISTINCTIVE and RARE vintage black satin purse with the most unusual gold metal frame. Between the circles are hand carved mother of pearl cameos. Each cameo has a different carving. This 40's Du Bonnette "ACCORDION PURSE" is one of the most sought after vintage purses. Not only because of the UNIQUE style but these handbags did not travel through time well and very few are in good condition. This stunning purse was a great time traveler and there is only one small crack on one botton corner of one of the Lucite bars which can only be noticed under close inpection. The bar is still strong and workable. All the carnival beads are intact. The color is phenomenal in deep iridescent hues of forest green. The Lucite accordion works perfectly and stretches out to show off the three separate compartments lined in black satin. All the bars pivot perfectly on brass hinges. Two of the compartments have a slash pocket trimmed with gold piping. The back compartment has a zippered pocket. Anna Johnson features this style purse on page 191 in the “Power of the Purse”. MARVELOUS and SO RARE!

This astonishing petit point handbag is quite RARE. Created with the most luscious hard to find "Mineral Blue" splashed with a colorful bouquet of flowers on each side. The sold brass frame has been etched with a flower pattern that draws emphasis on the lovely petit point with a large flower shaped toggle latch. The sides and piping ate matching blue genuine leather. The chain is wristlet length.  The interior is lined with matching blue grosgrain with two open pockets and a zippered sidewall pocket. An adorable 60's box purse mage of black satin with tiny metallic gold dots.  The frame is gold metal with a wavy etched pattern.  The interior is lined with red satin with a matching red coin purse and long open pocket trimmed with gold piping.  A wondrous detail is a matching compact that still rests within the purse. In the middle 70's the "King Tut Exhibit" (Tomb of Tutankhamun Artifacts) toured the US, this spurred designers to use Egyptian motif on clothes and accessories.  This lovely dark brown faux suede handbag is one of the designs from the 70's era. Designed by "Normandie' in Montreal. Bright gold metal frame with an Egyptian plaque decorating the corners.  The interior is lined with brown satin with two open pockets trimmed with gold piping. A large black velvet UNIQUE novelty evening purse from the 70's. Embellished on the front are three lovely hats. The largest rests in a hatbox with the name of " Chapeaux Exquis, Rue De La Paix". This hat is made with pale green velvet. The band is fuchsia velvet with tiny bright rhinestones. A pale pink and pale green velvet ribbon hangs demurely from the band. The painted gold detail of the box and two smaller hats is very beautiful. Even the smaller hats have rhinestone detail.
